As an expert in commercial real estate, backed by a Business Degree in Property, Christine is a leading market expert in Commercial Property both from an investment and global corporate occupier lens. Christine is a dynamic businesswoman, who completed the industrial acquisitions of SGD$380m, for a REIT, being the first listed Australian property fund on the Singapore exchange. This progressed to SGD$800m of industrial acquisitions as a Fund Manager before expanding her career to core assets across mature markets in Asia and Australia, funded by Private Equity. Her keen insights and expertise played a pivotal role in achieving impressive capital growth, with strategy and transactions exceeding $1.7 billion by the time she returned to Australia, in both the investment and corporate real estate sectors.
